• Provide ethical and compassionate one-on-one mental health counseling through secure video chat platforms.
• Employ solution-focused therapy techniques and other evidence-based modalities to facilitate effective client treatments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies to cultivate healthy coping mechanisms.
• Utilize our user-friendly counselor portal for seamless case management and communication.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to stable, low acuity adults, helping them navigate various challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. Utilizing your expertise, you will empower these individuals to develop essential life skills that improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and current license to practice independently as a mental health counselor in your state, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• No disciplinary actions against licenses and no limited/provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a genuine empathetic nature.
• Strong proficiency in computer systems and comfortable conducting video sessions using web platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities.

• Experience providing mental health counseling remotely via telehealth.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, with a preference for those focusing on solution-oriented approaches.
• A background in school or community-based mental health services is a plus.
