Blueprint/SMNP Reviews is hiring primary care nurse practitioner instructors to join our growing team of educators. ย Our instructors deliver best-in-class learning experiences. ย As one of our instructors, you will prepare students for the ANCC and AANP exams using our proven methodology and curriculum. Blueprint accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Do

  • Teach Nurse Practitioner review course content to students during our live study sessions.
  • Answer student Q&A on Zoom.
  • Assist students within our communities with clinical content questions.
  • Facilitate 1:1 exam readiness quizzing sessions with students.
  • Maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere throughout the group.
  • Encourage and support students in all interactions, both live and through channels such as Slack.
  • You will help future nurse practitioners achieve life-changing scores on their exams.
  • Take advantage of a flexible work schedule - classes are primarily hosted on evenings and weekends so you can pick a schedule that works best for you.
  • Enjoy professional development and leadership coaching opportunities.
