Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Archibus Developer to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Archibus solutions that support enterprise facilities and space management operations. This role combines deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of workplace operations, requiring close collaboration with implementation teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Archibus platform and its modules, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of workplace and asset management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and customize Archibus modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archibus configurations.
  • Develop and maintain Archibus Web Central applications, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Integrate Archibus with third-party systems (e.g., HR, ERP, IWMS, IoT platforms).
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Archibus-related issues.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the Archibus environment.
  • Work closely with implementation consultants and end users to ensure successful delivery of Archibus projects.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
