YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

Our IT Team is looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer based in San Mateo to build, scale, and maintain high-impact web applications and digital platform integrations. Working closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, contribute to architectural decisions, and uphold engineering best practices.

  • Software Development - Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Build and maintain reliable integrations with content management systems, Property Management Systems, and Salesforce CRM using REST, SOAP, and APIs. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability. Uphold code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore/cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions. Partner with Business Solutions team to manage deliverables, assist in training development and roadmap planning.

MORE OF THE NITTY-GRITTY: 

Our Senior Web Developer possesses the following experience, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field with a master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end web development using MERN Framework (MongoDB, Express.js,  React, Node.js) ,TypeScript, and JavaScript, including component architecture, state management, and modern build tooling.2+ years Windows/sysadmin experience; macOS/Linux a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of the principles, patterns, and tools for designing, developing, and testing software, including experience integrating web applications and Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and modern authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0).Hands-on experience with SIEM/XDR, EDR, identity/SSO, and cloud/SaaS logs.
  • Experience working with relational (SQL) databases, including writing and optimizing queries for reporting, integration, and data migration purposes.
  • Experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL is highly desired
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder is a plus
  • Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and incident leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
