The role of the Web Developer is to support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of unique Web Applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery/AJAX, JSX, Webpack, PHP, NX, Zustand, ReactJS, React Router
  • Experience with UX/UI and Responsive web design
  • Experience working with XML & JSON data structures
  • Understanding of cross-browser, cross-platform & cross-device compatibility standards and behaviors
  • Solid design and coding skills
  • Required testing and debugging skills ie) Jest
  • Knowledge revision control practices and procedures
  • Understanding and use of source control repositories ie) GIT, SVN
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Write functional requirements and develop detailed technical designs from business requirements
  • Responsible for coding and testing web applications as well as maintaining, supporting and upgrading of existing web applications
  • Create JavaScript libraries of reusable components driving UI consistency
  • Works effectively with service developers to integrate server-side code
  • Write well-documented code
  • Maintain and organize internal style guides
  • UX Best Practices
