Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and therapeutic group sessions for young adults, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support among clients.
  • Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions aimed at helping clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, developing coping strategies tailored to their unique needs.
  • Creating Treatment Plans: Collaboratively design individualized treatment plans that align with the specific goals and preferences of each client, ensuring targeted and effective interventions.
  • Monitoring Progress: Systematically assess and evaluate client progress utilizing various feedback tools to tailor treatment approaches as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work together with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care, discuss complex cases, and share insights.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating challenging mental health issues. Many of our clients seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life stressors. You will play a pivotal role in inspiring hope and encouraging resilience, guiding clients towards recovery and self-empowerment.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LPC license in the state of Colorado.
Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of experience in mental health treatment, particularly with young adults. Experience in group therapy settings or familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and support for continuing education and professional development.
