• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for patients with varied mental health needs, ensuring evidence-based treatment approaches are utilized in referral and care planning.
• Implement a diverse range of therapy modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively manage mental health conditions.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA standards, recording treatment progress and ensuring the privacy and safety of patient information.
• Engage in collaborative care provisioning by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to refine treatment plans.
• Participate in regular case reviews and professional development meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and enhance the efficacy of care provided.
• Educate patients and their families, providing necessary resources and information about mental health care, treatment processes, and available community support.
• Stay current with the latest research in mental health, integrating insights into practice to improve patient outcomes and therapeutic techniques.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including those experiencing acute mental health crises, chronic mental illness, and various psychosocial challenges. You will be expected to build strong therapeutic relationships with individuals from different backgrounds, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported throughout their healing journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating advanced knowledge and clinical training.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Illinois, confirming compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical environment, highlighting your expertise in effective therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect empathetically with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in employing solution-focused therapeutic interventions that empower clients toward self-efficacy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios and meet patient needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented and supportive environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

• Experience in hospice care or end-of-life counseling is valued, as you may be working closely with clients and families during challenging transitions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and patient management.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or mental health education initiatives.
