Location: Hybrid, US Based

Position Summary:

Our Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives are a key part of our Account Management team. Working in close collaboration with Account Managers, Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives will drive growth and consumption in managed accounts, identify white space for new product consumption, drive account penetration and stakeholder engagement and strive to increase ARR in every account they handle.

Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives will work with 3-5 Account Managers and align with them on messaging, strategy and efforts. Additionally, each representative will work across teams to ensure that every account is properly serviced and happy with the support they receive.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly with Account Managers to align on messaging, the status of current efforts and new needs.
  • Research accounts and identify opportunities to increase usage, upsell and cross-sell.
  • Account mapping and new stakeholder engagement.
  • Review and support the effective follow up and management of opportunities.
  • Sales related admin functions as directed by your assigned manager.
  • Develop a strong appreciation and deep understanding of how to effectively support your assigned Account Managers and Manager.
  • Have a strong desire and high level of commitment to helping ensure that your assigned sales team meets the team's defined sales goals.
  • Recruit and drive attendance of new prospects and leads to various Bentley and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Up to 2 years previous sales or cold-calling experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Technically adept, self-motivated and driven by results.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, home-based in the US.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • There is no traveling required with this role.
