As a senior investment operations analyst (middle office), you'll manage trade allocations, process investment wire activity, and analyze investment data to support reporting and operations. You'll monitor statutory balances, support allocation decisions, and assist with compliance reporting. You'll also maintain accurate investment records while partnering with teams across the organization.
Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field of study, and a minimum of four years investment experience or related experience.

Compensation
  • $81,400-$108,500/year.
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.

Preferred skills
  • Proficiency withBloomberg,J.P. Morgan Markets, custodian platforms, and other investment operations or trading support systems.
  • Strongmiddle office experience, including interaction with brokers, custodians, trade support teams, settlements, and issue resolution across the trade lifecycle.
  • Experience withdata warehousing, reporting, and visualization tools, includingPower BI, to support operational reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
  • Solid knowledge ofinvestment products, includingequities, fixed income/bonds, and derivatives, as well as accounting and portfolio management systems acrossfront-, middle-, and back-office functions.
  • Experience working in afast-paced investment operations environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
