We need a paralegal to assist our legal team in our commercial legal efforts. In this role, you'll be the go-to partner for cross-functional teams, transforming complex requests into seamless, high-impact workflows for the legal department. This is a full time role and will work a remote schedule from Lehi, Utah.
What is a day in the life of a Paralegal?
  • Triaging legal requests from across the business

  • Creating legal agreements from templates

  • Reviewing redlines of draft contracts

  • Organizing and maintaining corporate legal records, including using technology and AI

  • Identifying and implementing methods for improving and streamlining existing processes

  • Assisting in corporate governance
