• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services tailored to the needs of individuals, groups, and families navigating diverse mental health challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related backgrounds to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and family dynamics.
• Facilitate interventions that promote cognitive, emotional, and behavioral well-being, including crisis de-escalation and resource referrals.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and mutual respect with clients, fostering a safe space for vulnerability and growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of treatment, making adjustments as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
• Articulate findings and client progress through meticulous documentation, adhering to established organizational protocols.
• Manage an appropriate caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and documented continuity of care.

Your role will primarily involve working with students and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges such as behavioral issues, emotional disturbances, and family conflicts. • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Previous counseling experience focused on behavioral mental health treatment, particularly concerning issues like mood disorders, substance abuse, grief, and family dynamics.
