CGS Immersive develops Cicero and TeamworkAR, two world-leading workforce productivity platforms. We help organizations reduce risk and improve execution by enabling frontline teams to build and practice high-stakes scenarios-safely, repeatedly, and measurably-using immersive experiences (VR/AR/XR) and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, pilot, rollout, and expansion.
  • Focus on selling to Energy & Manufacturing clients by engaging key decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct value-focused discovery to link EHS needs with operational benefits.

  • Keep a disciplined pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales with a focus on engaging EHS/HSE/Operational leaders.
  • Proven ability to sell XR (VR/AR/XR) solutions tailored for training, operations, or safety applications.
  • Extensive background in Energy and/or Manufacturing sectors.

Nice to have:

  • Proficient in AI-driven performance coaching, analytics, or skills verification.
  • Possesses a strong network and established relationships within EHS leadership communities and large industrial enterprises.
  • Experience working directly with, or selling in conjunction with, leading XR or industrial platforms (such as PTC Vuforia or STRIVR) is considered advantageous.
