As a VDC Manager, you'll lead high-impact BIM and VDC initiatives that drive real-world results-improving project performance, enhancing collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of innovation across complex construction and design projects.This is more than a project delivery role-it's an opportunity to shape how BIM, Lean methodologies, and emerging technologies come together at scale. What You'll DoLead Complex VDC Projects Manage multiple BIM/VDC projects from kickoff through completion-ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and exceptional client satisfaction. Drive BIM + Lean Innovation Integrate Lean principles into BIM workflows to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and elevate project outcomes. Own Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for clients-leading coordination meetings, presenting insights, and delivering solutions that create long-term value. Build High-Performance Teams Mentor and guide VDC Engineers and BIM Specialists, establishing best practices and improving team productivity and engagement. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experienceHealth insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)Dental and vision insurance.
