Job Title: XR Operations & Support Engineer
Location: USA, Raritan, NJ (Remote)
Job Description:

We are seeking a cross-functional engineer to support operations, validation, and integration efforts across our XR (Extended Reality) training platform. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability, feature readiness, and seamless user experiences as we scale and evolve our VR training capabilities.
Key Responsibilities ::
• Execute structured testing and validation workflows across all active XR modules.
• Support integration of new features, SDKs, and identity systems within the XR ecosystem.
• Provide operational support for VR training deployments, including issue triage and resolution.
• Monitor and analyze system and application logs to identify and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and scalability.
• Document test outcomes and translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• Assist in managing and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS AppStream, S3, and IAM configurations.
Key Qualifications ::
• Experience with managing technical platforms, SDK integrations, and identity/authentication systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and services such as AppStream, S3, and IAM.
• Ability to debug and resolve issues using system logs and cloud monitoring tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
