As a remote position based in Memphis, Tennessee, this role offers flexibility while maintaining a supportive outpatient clinic setting. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth sessions, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct thorough initial assessments through interviews and psychological evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality individual, couple, and family counseling services, effectively addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with advancements in the mental health field and attending relevant training sessions.
• Participate actively in clinic staff meetings, sharing insights and feedback to improve clinic practices and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults addressing a wide range of mental health issues. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, listening to their concerns, and applying tailored therapeutic strategies to foster resilience and healing.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required.
• Must hold a valid LPC license in the state of Tennessee and maintain good standing.
• Demonstrated experience providing outpatient counseling services is necessary.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.

• Previous experience working in a remote setting or using telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to ongoing professional development will be beneficial.
• An understanding of trauma-informed care principles will be advantageous in client's management.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, with further advancements based on individual capacity and expertise. Additional benefits include:
