This role is designed for a remote work setting, providing flexibility and convenience for candidates residing in Eugene, Oregon, and beyond. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily in an outpatient office environment, connecting with clients virtually. • Oversee and supervise clinical care for a diverse patient population, ensuring a high level of proficiency in therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to each patient's needs, delivering compassionate support and guidance.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments, including mental health evaluations, and maintain accurate treatment logs to track patient progress.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess individuals and families, collaborating to develop and implement effective resolution plans.
• Address crisis situations with immediate intervention, employing therapeutic techniques to stabilize and support clients in moments of need.
• Help clients navigate their therapy journey, providing personalized counseling services like individual, conjoint, or family therapy.
• Refer clients to specialized professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive therapeutic assistance and holistic care.
• Evaluate the clinical needs of patients to develop actionable psychological service plans within a primary care context, while facilitating ongoing evaluations to monitor changing requirements.
• Educate and support patients and families through various programs, enhancing their understanding of mental health resources and strategies.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse patient caseload that spans various psychological needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will engage with individuals from all walks of life, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches that respect their unique backgrounds and personal experiences. Your efforts will not only contribute to their therapeutic progress but also empower them towards independence and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with different therapeutic modalities will be advantageous.

• Generous sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
• Flexible work hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, allowing you to tailor your schedule according to your needs.
• Competitive compensation structure with full-time salaries ranging between $90,000 and $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Bonus incentives up to $2,000, based on state licensure and performance.
