• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals, families, and groups to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
• Provide evidence-based therapy utilizing techniques tailored to each client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with all state regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Effectively engage clients in therapeutic conversations, helping them to explore their feelings, establish treatment goals, and develop coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and community resources to coordinate care and support the holistic well-being of clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of industry best practices.

In this role, you will primarily support diverse individuals, families, and groups seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
• An active California state licensure such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A commitment to providing inclusive care that reflects an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives.
• A track record of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• At least 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups in a clinical setting.
• Experience with remote counseling platforms and digital health tools to facilitate online therapy sessions effectively.
