This position will be fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional and personal responsibilities. You will work from the comfort of your own home, supported by our advanced telehealth technologies. • Conduct intake assessments, establishing rapport with clients to understand their specific mental health needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches, to address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief.
• Utilize our intuitive platform to set appointments, manage your caseload effectively, and offer both synchronous and asynchronous support through video sessions, messaging, and interactive tools.
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed, employing engagement tools like journaling and goal tracking to enhance the counseling experience and outcomes.
• Stay updated on mental health best practices and continuously apply your clinical knowledge to refine your therapeutic approach.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will allow you to tailor your approach based on the demographic and specific needs of each client, promoting healing and resilience within our community.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• A current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in good standing, valid within California.
• Experience with telehealth services is preferred but not mandatory, provided you are open to learning and adapting.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in using laptops or desktops, as well as reliable internet access for virtual sessions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct clinical counseling services.
• Background in working with populations experiencing trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders is advantageous.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for client engagement is a plus.
