In this remote role, you will be part of a dynamic team working collaboratively to improve mental health outcomes for our clients. While our primary facility operates as an outpatient office, the remote setting allows for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with teammates. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting intake assessments and actively engaging with clients to develop person-centered treatment plans focused on recovery.
  • Delivering clinical services that include individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and crisis intervention as necessary.
  • Assessing clients’ ongoing treatment needs regularly and adjusting care plans as needed to reflect their progression and challenges.

Qualifications

  • A current license to practice in New Jersey, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • The ability to operate independently without supervision while maintaining compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
  • No disciplinary actions on your license history, reflecting your professional integrity.
Preferred Experience
