They use digital tools to develop store layouts, window displays, and product arrangements that attract customers and enhance brand image. Collaboration with store teams, marketing departments, and other designers is typically done through virtual meetings and digital platforms. Their work helps improve customer experience and boost sales, all while providing the flexibility to work from anywhere.

How does a remote visual merchandising designer effectively collaborate with in-store teams and stakeholders while working off-site?

Remote Visual Merchandising Designers typically rely on strong communication tools, such as video calls, collaborative design platforms, and regular check-ins, to stay aligned with in-store teams and stakeholders. They often share digital mockups, mood boards, and detailed guidelines to ensure their concepts are clearly understood and accurately executed on the sales floor. Building relationships and maintaining open lines of feedback are crucial, as effective collaboration ensures brand consistency and timely project delivery, despite not being physically present. Adaptability and proactive communication are key to overcoming the challenges of remote work in this creative, fast-paced environment.

Job description

Channel Sales Manager, Agency Partnerships

About Bold Commerce

Bold Commerce is a leading ecommerce technology company helping merchants grow, scale, and succeed online. For over a decade, we’ve delivered innovative, user-friendly solutions that enable seamless shopping experiences, boost revenue, and build customer loyalty. Our products span checkout enhancements, pricing strategies, and more, so merchants can focus on what they do best: running their business.

rePete is our latest innovation, designed to increase customer lifetime value without increasing churn. It learns each customer’s real purchase rhythm and delivers perfectly timed reorder nudges — no rigid schedules, no forced commitments.

At Bold, we combine cutting-edge technology with deep merchant insights, creating tools that drive growth today and future-proof businesses for tomorrow.
About the role

We're looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build rePete's partner channel from the ground up, with an initial focus on Shopify agencies. This is a highly sales focused role responsible for identifying, prospecting, recruiting, and closing new channel partners that generate qualified merchant opportunities and revenue.

You'll own the full channel sales cycle, from building a pipeline of prospective partners to closing partnerships, co selling on merchant opportunities, and driving partner sourced revenue. Working cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll build a scalable partner channel that becomes a meaningful driver of growth for rePete.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute Bold's channel sales strategy for rePete, with an initial focus on Shopify agencies.
  • Identify, prospect, recruit, negotiate, and close high value channel partners through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners while owning partner sourced and partner influenced revenue against defined revenue targets.
  • Manage partner originated merchant opportunities throughout the sales cycle, co selling alongside partners to help progress and close deals.
  • Develop and execute joint go to market initiatives that generate qualified merchant opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners, helping them effectively position and sell rePete within their merchant base.
  • Partner cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to remove blockers and support partner opportunities.
  • Track and report on partner pipeline, deal progression, and channel revenue performance to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve the channel

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, business development, B2B SaaS sales, or a similar revenue focused role.
  • A proven track record of building pipeline and meeting or exceeding revenue targets or sales quotas.
  • Strong new business development skills with experience prospecting, opening new doors, and driving opportunities through to close.
  • A builder mentality with the ability to create and grow a new sales channel from the ground up.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with the ability to turn partnerships into revenue generating opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and sales opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on results.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working with Shopify agencies, ecommerce technology, SaaS, or similar partner ecosystems is a strong asset.

Our Investment in YOU!

  • Competitive compensation that reflects your experience and skills
  • Employer Paid Health & Dental Benefits
  •   Competitive paid vacation days
  • Employee Options to help you grow with us!
  • Working remotely - anywhere in Canada or USA
  • Flexible work hours
