We're looking for a Associate Experience Designer to join our Structured Finance Group design team. In this role, you'll support the creation of customer-centered experiences that simplify complex financial information. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers, gaining hands-on experience across the full design process from research and ideation to prototyping and feedback.

What You'll Do:

Assist in Experience Design: Help create and refine user experiences across platforms, focusing on intuitive data visualizations and workflows.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with team members and stakeholders to align on goals and support the user experience.

Translate Complexity into Simplicity: Assist in transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly interactions, workflows, and visuals.

Prototyping & Implementation: Creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with developers to bring designs to life.

Learn & Apply Data-Driven Design: Inquisitee to learn and leverage data insights and research to support informed design decisions that improve user satisfaction.
