Job Description

We're seeking a Marketing Manager that is the primary strategist and point of contact for key client accounts. Marketing Managers work closely with clients to align marketing efforts with their business goals and will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and deliverables including marketing retainers, branding projects, and website projects.

This role requires someone with strong communication skills, who can proactively problem-solve, manage projects efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in digital marketing or at a marketing agency (preferably both).

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

As a Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in managing client relationships and guiding marketing strategies. Your role will involve ensuring seamless project execution, collaborating with internal teams, and using data-driven insights to achieve client success. Specifically these responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and trust. As a services-based business, customer service needs to always be kept top of mind.

  • Strategic Expertise: Provide high-quality, valuable strategic consulting services on each and every client account by thinking critically, asking thoughtful questions, and providing constant strategic recommendations.

  • Must have excellent prioritization and organizational skills in order to juggle competing demands

  • Must be a great presenter who can confidently and persuasively sell work and ideas
