• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique psychosocial circumstances of each client.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, tailored to both individual and family dynamics, to foster lasting healing and growth.
• Maintain meticulous and timely records, including detailed clinical and progress notes, in adherence to department policies and standards of practice.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to design comprehensive treatment plans, including thoughtful discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments.
• Facilitate smooth transitions for clients by assisting with discharge planning and care coordination, advocating for their access to community resources and services.

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. By employing a family-centered approach, you will work hands-on with clients from all backgrounds, ensuring they receive personalized care that addresses their specific circumstances.

• Must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in technology is critical; experience with electronic medical records (EMR), word processing software, and spreadsheets is necessary.
• Ability to work independently while remaining self-directed and highly organized in managing a diverse caseload.

While not mandatory, experience working within a community health setting and familiarity with integrated care models will be advantageous. Skills such as crisis intervention techniques and cultural competency will serve to enrich your contributions to our team.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
