Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Providing therapy sessions for individuals and couples, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Facilitating discussions around sensitive family dynamics, helping to navigate conflicts and enhance communication.
  • Addressing a wide array of concerns, from grief and loss to job stress and blended family adjustments.
  • Utilizing outcome measures to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure integrated care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse clientele, addressing issues such as:

  • Alcohol and substance abuse
  • Physical and psychological abuse

Qualifications

To be a part of our team, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
