Key Responsibilities
  • Offer weekly, structured supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing their Master’s in Mental Health, guiding them through clinical licensure requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients, including connecting them with relevant social services.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with the latest therapeutic practices.
  • Keep precise and current records of client interactions, treatment progress, and supervisory sessions as part of compliance and quality assurance measures.
  • Engage in continuous education by staying abreast of new research and therapy techniques, integrating fresh knowledge into practice for improved client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse and includes individuals from various backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. As a therapist, you will work closely with these clients to foster their personal growth, providing support and therapeutic interventions that promote mental well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • A valid state license to practice as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R.
  • Current professional liability insurance to ensure protection during practice.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting is required, providing a solid foundation for effective therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in clinical supervision or mentorship, especially in guiding practicum students, will be highly valued.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models and techniques.
