Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our online platform, using video conferencing tools that comply with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include qualifications such as:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C)
    • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting therapy sessions and implementing therapeutic interventions with individuals.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology to facilitate remote therapy sessions and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective rapport building and support for clients.
  • Ability to operate independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team focused on client welfare.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a remote counseling setting is preferable, showcasing adaptability to virtual communication methods.
