Description

This is a senior-level Business Analyst role focused on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, requirements management, and business transformation, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support organizational goals and operational improvements.

Must Have:

  • Extensive experience providing business analysis services for complex I&IT initiatives with diverse business and technology stakeholders.
  • Expertise eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, prioritizing, and managing business, functional, non-functional, process, and data requirements.
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering activities using techniques such as interviews, workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex business problems, opportunities, risks, and strategic objectives.
  • Experience conducting current-state and future-state analysis and identifying opportunities for business process improvement and service modernization.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, document, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture standards, system development methodologies, and project gating requirements.
  • Proven ability to facilitate business, technical, and executive stakeholders through complex discussions, competing priorities, and decision-making processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Azure DevOps, and business modelling tools.
