JD Edwards PM / Business Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking a versatile JD Edwards PM / Business Systems Analyst to support a high-visibility ERP migration initiative. This position combines project leadership with hands-on business analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong JD Edwards migration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead project coordination efforts for a JD Edwards migration initiative, helping drive timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment

  • Partner with business and technical teams across finance, procurement, and distribution to identify needs, gaps, and process improvements
  • Support lift-and-shift migration activities, customizations, integrations, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
  • Communicate updates, risks, and next steps clearly while helping keep the project on track in a fast-paced environment

  • PMP certification required
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, or hybrid PM/BA roles
  • Proven experience supporting JD Edwards implementations, upgrades, or migration projects
  • Strong experience creating BRDs, process flows, requirements documentation, and stakeholder-facing deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills with strong critical thinking, and the ability to build rapport with business stakeholders
