Your role will involve working with individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will create a safe space for clients to express themselves and explore their emotions, contributing to their mental health journey.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to approach clients with empathy and a non-judgmental mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance a caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in a community health environment.

• Experience with teletherapy and digital documentation tools.
