Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions through structured interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, incorporating client goals and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various techniques tailored to fit each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring a clear path to recovery and well-being.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Implement teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or preferring virtual appointments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve helping clients develop coping skills and strategies to lead fulfilling lives. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as one of the following: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a private practice setting or similar therapeutic environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and online therapeutic practices.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic techniques can be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
