• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information on students' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the school environment.
• Utilize specific therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or solution-focused brief therapy, to address students’ issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals and specify therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with educational staff, including teachers, school psychologists, and special education needs coordinators, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, creating safety plans as needed for at-risk students.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that empower students with coping strategies and emotional resilience.

You will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Collaborating within a team dedicated to supporting young people, you will focus on building trust and communication to help students navigate their mental health journeys and academic pressures.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health services, especially in outpatient or school-based settings, is preferred.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches applicable in educational contexts.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with students, families, and team members.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining patient documentation and treatment plans.
• Familiarity with school regulations, special education processes, and resources for supporting students with mental health needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on student well-being.
