Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hospitality Customer Service Representatives for hotel reservations. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with selecting, booking, and managing hotel stays, ensuring their travel plans are seamless and stress-free. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and want flexibility in their work environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their hotel needs, preferences, and budgets
Provide accurate information about hotel options, pricing, and amenities
Assist clients with making and managing reservations
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or online platforms
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
