We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support individuals and families with health insurance Marketplace questions, applications, eligibility, and enrollment.

This is a work-from-home opportunity exclusively for New Jersey residents.

Position Details

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% Remote – New Jersey Residents Only
Pay Rate:

  • $18.00/hr – English
  • $19.00/hr- Bilingual /Spanish

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Assist individuals and families with health insurance Marketplace applications.
  • Help customers understand eligibility determinations and enrollment options.
  • Process applications, household information, income information, and health plan enrollment.
  • Assist with life-event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and Special Enrollment Periods.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in required systems.
  • Provide requested information and materials through mail, email, or download.
  • Transfer or escalate complex customer issues when necessary.
  • Follow confidentiality, privacy, quality, and performance standards.
  • Participate in required training, meetings, and program updates.

Training

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET
Duration: 3 weeks

Candidates must be available for the entire training and nesting period. No prescheduled appointments or planned absences should occur during training.

Camera participation is required throughout training and nesting.

Work Schedule

During Open Enrollment (November 1–January 31), candidates must have flexibility to work within extended operating hours, including:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
  • Select Sundays: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
  • Extended hours up to 10:00 PM ET during the final days of Open Enrollment.

Outside Open Enrollment, operating hours are generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Work-From-Home Requirements

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position. Candidates must have:

  • A computer that meets required technical specifications.
  • A second monitor.
  • Reliable traditional wired home internet — cellular-based internet is not permitted.
  • A smartphone capable of using a required authentication application.
  • private, quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently from home.
