• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for clients during their sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and encouragement throughout their healing journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic methods and modalities, adapting techniques to suit the preferences and specific goals of each client.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions and track client progress to ensure alignment with treatment goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build rapport and establish a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding regarding the experiences of clients seeking mental health care.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation remotely.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies is preferred, allowing for smoother integration into our remote practice.
• Previous work in community health settings or experience serving a varied demographic could enhance the therapist's ability to connect with clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current trends in mental health treatment is highly advantageous.
