• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide individual and, if applicable, group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to foster personal growth, healing, and resilience among clients.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress in an empathetic and encouraging manner.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring all technology is properly utilized to create a seamless therapy experience for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, complying with ethical and legal standards to ensure client privacy and data protection.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops, courses, and peer supervision to enhance clinical competencies and keep abreast of industry trends.

Your role will focus on working with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. Our clinic promotes a nonjudgmental environment to support clients from various backgrounds. • Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude when dealing with clients’ personal struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills will help efficiently manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

While a minimum of one year of clinical experience is needed in a therapeutic setting, experience with specific populations such as substance use, trauma recovery, or family therapy is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with various therapy modalities could set you apart.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
