Key Responsibilities

• Develop positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance, ensuring they feel safe and respected in their journey towards mental health recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.
• Design personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each client, identifying specific therapeutic goals and methods.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on real-time assessment of client needs and progress.
• Regularly evaluate client outcomes via structured assessments and feedback, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to enhance efficacy.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a varied patient demographic, comprising individuals from different backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. You will be instrumental in addressing a range of issues, including interpersonal conflicts, life transitions, trauma recovery, and mental health disorders. Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy, with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy techniques.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with effective time management abilities to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in remote therapy settings is a plus, as familiarity with telehealth practices enhances service delivery capabilities.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems will be advantageous for maintaining seamless documentation and client management.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in therapy will enhance client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
