• Provide therapeutic services, including psychotherapy, to individuals dealing with varied mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform tailored treatment plans.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that respect the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, regularly updating these plans based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other specialists to achieve a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes and feedback from patients and colleagues.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent practices are strictly adhered to.

• Experience working in a community health or outpatient clinic setting.
