As part of our outpatient practice, you will engage with clients through teletherapy sessions, ensuring they receive the support they need in a comfortable and accessible manner. Our technology systems enable seamless communication, case management, and documentation, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your clients.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique situation, employing various therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Assess clients' psychological needs through detailed evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and objectives.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals, such as improving communication skills, enhancing coping mechanisms, and resolving familial conflicts.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals in our network to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, discussing client progress in regular team meetings.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress, therapy notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

As an LMFT, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics. Your clients will range from young adults to seniors, each presenting unique situations that will require your expertise and sensitivity. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, which are crucial for both client interaction and documentation.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills that engender trust and rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance.
• Relevant training and certifications as an LMFT or in similar therapeutic modalities will be considered advantageous.

• Experience working in a similar outpatient or community mental health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective management of client information.
• Background in evidence-based therapy practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of mental health.

The compensation for this role aligns with our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the dedication of our team members. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
