As a Virtual Member Benefits Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for prospective and existing clients throughout their benefits experience.
🤝 Member Service & Client Support

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
• Answer questions clearly, accurately, and professionally
• Provide personalized service throughout the client experience
• Follow up with clients regarding questions and service needs
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and consistent communication

Once properly licensed, you'll:
