In this remote position, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative telehealth facility, utilizing advanced digital platforms to deliver therapy. Our virtual setting allows you to maintain a flexible schedule while effectively interacting with clients through video sessions. You will have access to robust telehealth software that securely stores client information and facilitates seamless communication with other healthcare professionals. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, creating detailed clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans based on the assessment outcomes.
• Deliver effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, ensuring that each session is tailored to the client’s unique needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in situations where clients experience acute mental health crises, implementing immediate strategies to stabilize their condition.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to strict ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and integrated care specialists, to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health concepts, therapy options, and resources available within the community, advocating for their needs and rights throughout the therapeutic process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health practices through continual professional development, including relevant training and workshop attendance.

The therapist will focus on a diverse client base, encompassing individuals, couples, families, and groups from varying backgrounds and age demographics. You will work with clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your therapeutic interventions will play a crucial role in enhancing clients’ coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Florida (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
• Possession of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team within a remote environment.
• Commitment to ethical practices and professional standards in mental health care.

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• Background in trauma-informed care and competency in working with culturally diverse populations is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
