Better Life Clinical Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Everett, Washington. • Build therapeutic relationships through open communication and a welcoming environment, ensuring each patient feels valued and understood.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders using established methodologies.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and requirements, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to accommodate various therapeutic modalities.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, providing continuous support and guidance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including making essential referrals to specialists when required.

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our approach emphasizes understanding each patient's unique background and dynamic, ensuring culturally competent care that fosters trust and healing.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is highly preferred.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and/or groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions effectively.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in conducting initial assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
