You will conduct remote video counseling sessions, leveraging the flexibility of a work-from-home setup while ensuring that your clients receive personalized care tailored to their specific needs. • Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to address the unique needs and concerns of clients, facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient progress, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
• Assist clients in gaining deeper insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, fostering personal growth and resilience.
• Implement and teach healthy coping strategies as part of the therapeutic process to empower clients towards sustainable change.

In this role, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance with a range of mental health issues. Our clients present diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing for a rich and varied counseling experience. You will be instrumental in helping individuals enhance their quality of life by promoting mental wellness and addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must hold one of the following unrestricted licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work without supervision, with no limited or provisional licenses considered.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients compassionately and effectively.
• Proficient with technology, including teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience working with adult populations in a virtual counseling environment.
• Knowledge of solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with documentation and assessment tools specific to mental health.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually based on your working hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
