As a remote licensed therapist, you will work from the comfort of your home, utilizing technology to connect with clients via secure video calls, phone consultations, or messaging through our integrated app. This setting allows for a balanced work-life dynamic while ensuring you maintain high-quality interactions with your patients. • Conduct 45-minute therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster coping strategies and emotional resilience.
• Engage with clients through various methods including video conferencing and secure messaging, ensuring flexibility and convenience for clients seeking support.
• Accurately document each session, adhering to best practices for confidentiality and record-keeping.
• Tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, employing interactive techniques that are suitable for online platforms.
• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on clients dealing with a range of challenges including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), grief and loss, weight management issues, as well as relationship difficulties. These clients tend to be emotionally stable and have low acuity needs, making effective remote therapy an appropriate mode of treatment. Your therapeutic skills and compassion will directly contribute to their emotional growth and alleviate distress.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist without any disciplinary actions.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Access to a reliable computer system with a microphone or camera to facilitate virtual sessions.

• Prior experience providing therapy in a remote setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly those effective in treating issues manageable through teletherapy.
• Experience in working within community health settings or similar environments.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent upon the volume of caseload and full-time commitment. Additionally, counselors who maintain a workload of 30+ hours a week for two consecutive months qualify for a healthcare stipend.
