• Conduct engaging and empathetic remote counseling sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health concerns to establish individualized treatment plans that resonate with their specific needs and goals.
• Employ evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues faced by clients.
• Provide immediate support in crisis situations, implementing safety measures and interventions to ensure client well-being.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on various mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them to effectively manage their emotional health.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers and community resources, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in mental health counseling.

You will work with a broad spectrum of individuals seeking mental health support, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. Our clients often experience issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and stress management. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a safe environment that enables each client to express their concerns and work toward their goals of mental wellness.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred for enhanced qualifications.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, facilitating effective connections with clients.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology, ensuring successful remote counseling experiences.
• A strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices in counseling.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a remote team.
• Flexibility in work hours to meet the varied needs of clients across different time zones.

• Experience in specialized therapy modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrable record of successfully building therapeutic relationships in virtual settings.

The role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
