This position offers a 100% remote work setting, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. The role is primarily conducted via video chat, ensuring a safe and flexible approach to mental health services. • Conduct compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions with clients using video conferencing platforms.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to create and implement individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
• Develop insightful treatment plans that align with the unique mental health needs of each client.
• Help clients navigate their emotions and develop deeper understandings of their experiences and interpersonal relationships.
• Consistently monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support their growth.
• Teach clients healthy coping mechanisms to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

The ideal candidate will primarily work with a diverse population of stable, low acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health concerns. Our therapists help clients cultivate skills that significantly improve their overall quality of life, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. We match therapists with clients who resonate with their specialties and interests, ensuring a fulfilling and effective therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on the applicant's professional record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach.
• Strong proficiency in using digital platforms and technology for remote counseling.

• Diversified experience in using evidence-based practices during counseling sessions.
• Comfort and adaptability in working with an array of mental health diagnoses and treatment strategies.
• Prior work experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is a plus.
