The clients you will work with are stable adults identified through a careful screening process that ensures they are low-acuity. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Valid and active licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), each of which must remain in good standing. Note: Limited/provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• At least 2 years of experience providing therapeutic support to clients.
• Proven ability to utilize various therapy modalities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature that fosters trust and understanding with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling and documentation.

• Competitive salary range: USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience.
