• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, employing therapeutic techniques to facilitate discussions about emotions, experiences, and coping strategies.
• Assess clients' mental health needs through observations and dialogue, identifying specific issues or challenges that require intervention.
• Assist clients in setting realistic goals, crafting actionable plans, and identifying resources to enhance their mental health.
• Employ a solution-focused approach, guiding clients towards effective problem-solving and greater emotional resilience.
• Document session notes and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards while minimizing paperwork through administrative support.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity clients who are seeking therapeutic support for everyday emotional and mental health challenges. All clients are pre-screened for suitability, ensuring that you work with individuals who are ready to engage in counseling and benefit from your expertise.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active, independent state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, make informed treatment recommendations, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to client care.
• Proficient computer skills to effectively use our telehealth platform and maintain accurate client records.

• Previous experience working with a diverse client population, including individuals in treatment for substance use, trauma, or anxiety disorders.
• Familiarity with behavioral health interventions and best practices in telehealth counseling.
• Experience in managing a caseload effectively and maintaining client engagement remotely.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 based on experience and hours worked.
