In this remote role, you will act as the primary point of contact for travelers, helping them navigate ocean and river cruise itineraries, tropical island destinations, resort accommodations, excursion options, and travel logistics from start to finish.

This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills, an enthusiasm for the travel and hospitality industry, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients via phone, email, video, or digital messaging to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.
