• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include pre-crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are thoroughly recorded.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to effectively evaluate clients’ needs and track their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at maximizing client well-being and engagement.
• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, advocating for clients' needs and facilitating access to crucial resources and services.
• Establish effective communication channels with clients, families, and community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and support.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating our commitment to upholding the highest standards of care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals with emotional disturbances, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. Your role will involve establishing rapport and trust while guiding clients through their recovery journeys in a safe and supportive environment. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each individual will be essential in delivering effective and impactful counseling services.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license recognized by the Massachusetts Board.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and produce relevant documentation with attention to detail.
