Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to develop targeted and personalized treatment plans for clients, taking into account their unique experiences and challenges.
• Develop and implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting positive mental health and recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant records of therapy sessions, ensuring that all documentation meets professional and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to provide holistic care for clients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
