Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via secure video chat platforms, prioritizing client confidentiality and comfort.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop personalized treatment plans reflecting each client's unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate discussions to help clients gain insights into their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships, fostering healthier perspectives.

• Continuously assess client progress throughout the treatment journey, adapting plans as necessary to support positive outcomes and healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary, participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a varied client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, depending on experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, personalized caseloads matching your specialties, and the capability to work fully remotely. Full-time counselors are offered a monthly healthcare stipend and weekly direct deposit to streamline your financial management.
